Competitions on offer
Penrith Touch Association runs both two Competitions a year. The first Competition runs from March to June, and our second competition runs from September to December with games played on Monday (Men's, Women's & Ov30’s), Tuesday (Social Mixed – no rep players) and Wednesday an open mixed competition.
Competitive Mixed Draft
Our Mixed Draft competition is a player's pool competition for our representative players offered in the spring season played on a Monday night before their training sessions.
This is a 5-week competition with a top 6, 3-week finals format.
Unique rules to this competition are:
- representative level players
- 25 minute touchdown turnaround games
After registering in the players pool, players will be evenly selected into teams by captains.
Men's Division 2-4
Our Men's Division 2-4 competitions are an open team competition where you can enter your own team.
Rules unique to this competition are:
- 10 regular rounds, 2 final rounds
- 7-a-side format
- 40 minute (20 min half) games (with 5min half time break)
- Teams will be split into their respective divisions for finals based on their finishing position on the ladder

mens Over 30's (St Marys Cup)
The Over 30's competition is one of the longest running Master's competition in Australia. Teams are picked out of a pool and compete on Monday nights. After the game the teams get together to have a drink. The Over 30's Competition is proudly Sponsored by St Marys Leagues
Rules unique to this competition are:
- 10 regular rounds, 2 final rounds
- 6-a-side format
- 40 minute (20 min half) games (with 5min half time break)
- for players 30 years old and over

Tuesday Night Social Mixed
Tuesday night Social Mixed is our biggest competition for families and friends. The competition is less competitive with a lot of families playing together. There are no senior representative players allowed. Registrations are through the player portal found www.penrithtouch.com.au/seniors
Wednesday Mixed Open
Wednesday mixed Open is a more competitive mixed competition. The competition is open to all players and abilities.

Insurance
Sports Injury Claims Procedure
- When injured, report your injury to your Association immediately and fill out the injury report form. (This must be done on the day/night) DOWNLOAD HERE
- Request a claim form within 30 days via Sportscover – www.sportscover.com or download via the TFA website www.touchfootball.com.au/claimform
- Ensure your team, local association and state are provided. Ensure the official report form is completed by your association. Please remember to complete all section to avoid delay
- Have your medical practitioner to fill in the appropriate statement and email all completed paperwork to sport@marsh.com
- Claim from your Private health insurer/Medicare, if applicable
- When treatment is complete please return all accounts.
Touch Football Australia manages changes to the policy to maintain currency with industry requirements. In addition, claims are managed so large increases related to increase claims are evened out across the scheme ensuring stability with insurance related costs for local associations.
To review the coverage available, we recommend all individuals to consider their personal circumstance and assess if additional external coverage is required outside of what is offered as part of membership to the affiliated structure of Touch Football Australia.
