2024 Summer Junior Touch Competitions
Penrith Touch Association will be offering a variety of fun and exciting junior touch competitions to our members this summer. We would welcome all returning and new junior players aged 4 to 14 to join the biggest touch football club in the west.
Competitions Available:
U6 Mixed (played on Mondays) - players born 2018 to 2020
U8 Mixed (played on Mondays) - players born 2016 to 2019
U10 Boys & U10 Girls (played on Mondays) - players born 2014 to 2017
U12 Boys & U12 Girls (played on Wednesdays) - players born 2012 to 2015
U14 Boys & U14 Girls (played on Wednesdays) - players born 2010 to 2013
We ask that there are no more than 5 rep players per team to ensure a fair and balanced game across the board.
Competition Start Date, Game Times & Information:
U6 Mixed, U8 Mixed, U10 Boys and U10 Girls competitions will start Monday 19 August 2024.
U12 Boys, U12 Girls, U14 Boys and U14 Girls competitions will start Wednesday 21 August 2024.
For all junior competition games will be played either 5.00pm or 5.50pm. All junior competition games will be played at The Kingsway Playing Fields, St Marys. All junior competitions will play 12 rounds.
Competition Fees:
All junior player registration fees will be just $75 per player (which is payable upon completing the online player registration).
In addition to this, all players will need to pay a one-time Touch Football Australia (TFA) membership/insurance fee of $22 per player - please note this fee is only payable once and it will cover the player for insurance for all social touch competitions they play in during period of July 2024 to June 2025.
How to Register your Team:
The team contact/organiser will firstly register the team into the competition. The link to register a team can be found above under 'CREATE A TEAM'. After the team contact/organiser has registered the team, they will have a link to be able to send to players/parents for them to complete their player registration into the team.
How to Register as a Player into your Team:
Player registration will be completed by one of two ways.
- The team contact/organiser will send players/parents a direct link to register as a player into the team.
- The player/parent can click on the above link named 'REGISTER INTO YOUR TEAM', then simply type your team name (please type exact team name) and click the search box. Your team should appear (look for your team name with the Penrith Touch logo), then click register and complete all information and pay the player registration fee.
People wanting to Play without a Team:
Any player who wants to play in our junior competition, but does not have a team to play in, can click on the link above 'FIND ME A TEAM JUNIOR REGISTRATION', and our club will look to allocate you to a team. Or alternatively, please call Jen on 0413 503 455.
