Ladies Competition (G3 Fitness St Marys Cup)

The new format ladies competition was started in Season 1 - 2020 by some enthusiastic members who were keen to see a strong competitive Ladies Competition back at Penrith Touch. 

The competition is played on Monday nights for ladies of all abilities.

All registrations go into a pool team where captains select their team members through a process defined by Penrith Touch. Ages varied from ladies into their 40's to as young as 12 years old. The competition is proudly sponsored by our local G3 Fitness St Marys, and long time Penrith Touch representative, Katarina Withell.
